Are you a Building Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on a full shift pattern, for an esteemed property company who manage their electrical and mechanical services in house?
You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:
* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
* Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works
* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
What’s On Offer:

Starting Salary: £55,000 per annum.
*
Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off (7 to 7 - 12hr full rotational shift)
