Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Preston dealership. This is a key customer-facing role, where you will act as the main point of contact between service customers and the workshop team, ensuring high standards of customer care and efficient service processes.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience
Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Alternate Saturdays worked, with time off in lieu

Welcoming service customers and managing their appointment needs
Handling all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the service department
Effectively communicating vehicle progress and status updates to customers
Processing payments and follow-up actions to enhance customer satisfaction
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all timesRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the motor trade industry
Industry experience is essential; qualifications are not mandatory
Strong computer literacy skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
