Contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and subject knowledge
Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
Is committed to continuous professional education and training
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
Is reflective, motivated and eager to develop professionally
