Engage with customers via email, phone, online platforms, and face-to-face
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Arrange test drives and conduct product demonstrations
Promote accessories and additional services post-vehicle selection
Complete all necessary paperwork for each sale
Develop and maintain a strong customer database
Prospect new sales opportunities and increase dealership customer base
Coordinate with the service team to ensure pre-loved cars are prepared to high standardsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
At least 2 years of experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Driven, ambitious, and eager to progress within the motor trade
Self-motivated with a professional approach to sales and customer relationships
