Sales Executive
Location: Southampton
Salary: Competitive DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm + every other Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm, reducing as the team grows)
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy, successful team in Southampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately.
Manage orders from enquiry through to completion.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts.
Support trade counter sales and face-to-face customer service.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Experience needed for the Sales Executive:
Previous sales or industry experience is essential.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Proactive, organised and commercially driven.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Good IT skills with experience managing customer data and orders.
