We are seeking talented frame assemblers for our client based in Melksham.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble frames to the correct method set by Design and Development and to the correct Quality Standard Trained and documented by the company.

* Tool Maintenance and Usage:

* Maintain and utilise woodworking tools and equipment efficiently. Ensure all tools are in top working condition to promote a safe and productive work environment.

* Quality Control:

* Conduct thorough inspections of assembled frames to ensure they meet standards and client specifications. Address any issues or make necessary adjustments as required. Work closely with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing your expertise and working together.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in frame assembly, woodworking, or carpentry.

* An apprenticeship / NVQ or similar in carpentry.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are critical for this role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely within a team environment.

* These positions can be physical

Shift Details:

* Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm

* Friday 06:00 to 13:00

Pay:
Starting salary at £13.64 per hour. This will increase once fully trained, with a pay by result structure once on a permanent contract. (Up to £17.50 per hour in your first year)
