How Specialist Talent Works:
At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.
The Role
The consultant will act as the Recruitment Administrator for one of our clients. They will manage purchase orders in line with procurement and finance processes, including accurate recording, tracking, and reporting to the relevant PT budget holders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the onboarding and induction process for new employees,
* Support with administration on the employee lifecycle, new joiners, leavers and proceed the relevant documentation.
* Provice note taking to support in the meeting’s, ensuring documentation is accurate and records are maintained and confidentially is always upheld
* Keeping the companies polices up to date
* Monitor shared inboxes throughout the business
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong background in Recruitment Administration
* Onboarding processes
* Minute taking
* HR knowledge
* Good team player
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
