£13.50 - £14 per hour
Our client, a reputable and friendly organisation based in Coventry, are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help for 2 months whilst they open a new site. This role will including shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, supportin with interviewing and general administration. Recruitment/Administration experience and confidence over the phone is a must, as this person will need to hit the ground running.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting hiring managers by advertising vacancies and managing the ATS
* Coordination of interiviews - communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding activities
* Providing admin support to the recruitment manager
* Prepare and publish engaging adverts, deal with advert response, answering queries etc
* Liaising with hiring managers
* Where appropriate, participating in interviews and assessment centres
* Complete pre-employement checks
The Skills & Qualities Needed:
* Experience in recruitment administration
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Experience using internal systems, ideally an ATS system
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* You must be confident over the phone
* Must be available quickly and reliable to complete the 2 months needed
