We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Sawtry, specialising in the fulfilment of premium bespoke orders for customers across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where every order is carefully prepared and dispatched to the highest standard.
The Role
This is a varied warehouse position where no two days are quite the same. You'll be responsible for accurately hand-picking and packing bespoke customer orders, ensuring every package is presented to an exceptional standard before dispatch.
Products range from carefully curated hospitality items through to welcome packs and starter kits, meaning attention to detail is key.
Your duties will include:
Picking bespoke customer orders from pick lists.
Packing products to a high presentation standard.
Quality checking products before dispatch.
Labelling and preparing orders for shipment.
Stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
Working as part of a close-knit team to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
What we're looking for:
Previous warehouse or order picking experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
A flexible approach to workload, particularly during busy periods when finishing times may vary.
