Joining a growing manufacturing team, the Production Technician will support the assembly of high-performance electronic products used across advanced engineering sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, consistency and a strong focus on quality while working with sensitive components in a controlled production environment.
The Production Technician will be responsible for:
* Assembling precision electronic and mechanical components in line with work instructions and engineering specifications.
* Completing assembly operations accurately and consistently to defined quality standards.
* Following operator instructions and standard operating procedures at all times.
* Rotating between multiple production workstations to support manufacturing requirements.
* Working safely within Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled environments.
* Carrying out visual inspections and reporting defects or non-conformances were identified.
The Production Technician will have:
* Previous experience within a precision assembly or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, delicate components.
* Proven ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
* Awareness of ESD risks and safe handling practices.
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
