Are you an experienced Production Technician looking to join a global engineering business with excellent career development opportunities?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer within the automation and industrial engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a Production Technician to their established manufacturing team in Milton Keynes.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for assembling, testing and inspecting mechanical and electrical products to the highest quality standards. You’ll work from engineering drawings and schematics to build products accurately while maintaining a strong Right First Time approach.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble electrical and mechanical products to specification.

Build components and sub-assemblies from engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Carry out testing and quality inspections throughout the build process.

Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards.

Identify and report faults or equipment issues where required.

Work closely with the wider production team to achieve daily manufacturing targets.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.

Ability to read engineering drawings or schematics.

Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

What’s on Offer

Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00-16:00.
