Operations Coordinator

Are you organised, proactive and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Operations Coordinater to join a busy operations team, playing a key role in coordinating deliveries, managing logistics and ensuring customers receive an excellent service.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating production and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
Managing transport bookings and working closely with logistics partners.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Resolving delivery issues and ensuring accurate operational records are maintained.
Supporting planning, inventory management and continuous improvement activities.

What we're looking for

Experience in a fast paced administrative, logistics, planning or manufacturing environment.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
A proactive approach with excellent problem solving ability.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
