Mechanical Project Manager sought, Bristol. National yet locally grounded MEP Contractor seeking further support with the addition of a Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager to their SW business based in the Bristol area.

Day to day,
* Taking the reins on mechanical packages across Bristol and the wider region
* Running jobs from early planning through to commissioning and handover
* Keeping programmes tight, safety sharp, and quality spot‑on
* Leading site teams and managing subcontractors without the drama
* Working closely with electrical and FM teams to keep delivery smooth
* Building strong relationships with clients who actually appreciate good communication
What you’ll need to succeed,
* Solid experience managing mechanical building services projects
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plant rooms, pipework and public health systems
* Confidence running sites, managing people and keeping commercial control
* SMSTS, CSCS and relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC / HND in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering would be advantageous)
* A calm head, a bit of personality, and the ability to get things done
