If you’re a Mechanical Project Manager who’s fed up with beige job ads and fancy joining a proper UK building services contractor with real projects, real investment, and real progression… keep reading.

This national M&E outfit delivers everything from major mechanical installs to decarbonisation, retrofit and FM across sectors like education, healthcare, defence and commercial. They’re established, steady, and big on doing things properly — but they’re not stuffy, and they want people who bring energy, ownership and pride to their work.

Day to day,

* Taking the reins on mechanical packages across Bristol and the wider region

* Running jobs from early planning through to commissioning and handover

* Keeping programmes tight, safety sharp, and quality spot‑on

* Leading site teams and managing subcontractors without the drama

* Working closely with electrical and FM teams to keep delivery smooth

* Building strong relationships with clients who actually appreciate good communication

What you’ll need to succeed,

* Solid experience managing mechanical building services projects

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plant rooms, pipework and public health systems

* Confidence running sites, managing people and keeping commercial control

* SMSTS, CSCS and relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC / HND in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering would be advantageous)

* A calm head, a bit of personality, and the ability to get things done

What’s in it for you

* A long‑standing contractor with a proper pipeline of Bristol and Southwest work (circa 1 hour of Bristol)

* Supportive culture, decent progression routes, and investment in your development

* Competitive salary (Up to £75,000), car/allowance (£7,000), pension and benefits

* Projects you’ll actually be proud to talk about

If you’re a Mechanical Project Manager who wants a role with variety, stability and a team that values good people, hit apply (or call Vic Bekker @ Bekk R Solutions) and let’s talk
