Mechanical Project Manager - Northampton / Milton Keynes - £70k - Will be responsible for jobs within around an hour radius

You will oversee and deliver mechanical pipework projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of mechanical services installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Typical project values are from £200k to £3m and will include hospitals, schools, offices and prisons.

Oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop detailed quality assurance plans, including benchmark, QA and testing schedules.

Ensure all works adhere to health and safety requirements, CDM regulations, and company policies.

Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.

Compile and submit technical submissions to the client for approval.
