Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support to children and young people.
Monitor education, health, and care plans.
Complete regular visits and maintain accurate records.
Organise activities, events, and participation groups.
Work closely with foster carers and partner agencies.
Support compliance and service quality.
Requirements
Experience working with children and young people in fostering, social care, education, or a similar setting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
