Our client, a reputable main dealership in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy parts department. Supplying vehicle parts and accessories to retail and trade customers
Assisting workshop teams with parts identification and ordering
Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records as a Parts Advisor
Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries efficiently
Identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems
Ensuring a professional, efficient, and friendly customer service experience
Supporting the department to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction levelsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
Computer literacy, with experience in parts catalogues and dealer management systems advantageous
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach
