Are you an experienced automotive Parts Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Stevenage?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent Parts Specialist, for a dedicated Parts Advisor.
This position offers a stable, Monday to Friday working schedule with no weekend shifts and excellent career development prospects within a well-established family-owned business.
Benefits of a Parts Advisor:
Salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, early finish on Fridays
No weekend work

Providing expert advice and excellent customer service to trade clients at the Stevenage trade counter
Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication
Promoting parts and services effectively to various levels within the motor trade industry
Managing stock levels and overseeing parts ordering and inventory control
Utilizing automotive parts systems such as Kerridge and Autopart for efficient parts management
Supporting the sales team with parts-related inquiries and order processing
Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively at all timesRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade or motor factor environment
Strong knowledge of automotive parts; familiarity with JLR EPC system advantageous
Experience with Kerridge, Mamsoft, or Autopart systems preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work effectively within a team
