Our client, one of the world's leading paint and coatings organisations are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Droitwich.
Using your excellent communication and customer service skills, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for:
Office Administration supporting the Droitwich Unit.
Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, handling unpredictable circumstances with customer relations and managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Providing office support in an environment with involvement in a production unit and warehouse.
Possibility to broaden the role within the SAP environment, full training will be providedProviding impeccable customer service at all times, the Customer Service Administrator will be able to work, communicate and deal with people at all levels in a professional manner. You must be able to prioritise your own workload at all times, frequently reacting to unexpected variances in demand.
You will have an excellent understanding of IT packages, ideally including SAP, Word and Excel and previous customer service based environment experience to include inbound and outbound phone contact.
