Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Working pattern: Fully office based

Duration: 3-6 months
We are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a global company for an ongoing temporary basis for 3-6 months, based at their Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding attention to detail, strong IT skills, and excellent communication abilities who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Service Coordinators during a busy period by managing a backlog of customer service tickets and ensuring work is allocated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinators.
Manage and triage customer service tickets, assigning them to the correct department.
Respond to straightforward customer enquiries via email and internal systems.
Accurately enter and update data on the company's in-house system.
Close completed cases and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
