CLC is looking for an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor to join our growing operational team covering Essex and Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, support skilled operatives and play an important role in delivering high-quality reinstatement works across the region.

As a Reinstatement Supervisor, you'll oversee reinstatement teams, carry out site inspections and help maintain exceptional standards across every project. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise reinstatement teams across Essex and Suffolk.
Ensure all works are completed in line with industry standards and specifications.
Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.

Coach, support and develop operatives to achieve excellent results.

To succeed as a Reinstatement Supervisor, you'll have:

Previous experience in a reinstatement supervisory role.
NRSWA Supervisor accreditation.
Excellent knowledge of SROH and highway reinstatement standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A full UK driving licence.
