Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and Project Managers, you'll play a key role in understanding business challenges, defining requirements and helping deliver meaningful organisational change.
The primary focus of the role will be supporting a major operational training improvement programme, reviewing how training is delivered, identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping design more effective ways of working. Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to support a wider organisational design and transformation programme, contributing to business change, operating model improvements and organisational redesign.
They're looking for somebody with strong Business Analysis experience, ideally gained within the public sector although this isn’t essential. Experience supporting change, transformation, organisational design, process improvement or Lean initiatives would be highly beneficial, alongside the ability to engage stakeholders, challenge existing ways of working and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
