💰 £30,000 – £33,000 OTE
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Saturday Rota
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade parts experience looking to join a professional and fast-paced aftersales team.
You will play a key role in supplying parts to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers while delivering exceptional service and ensuring efficient stock control.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplying vehicle parts to the workshop and front counter customers
* Handling incoming parts enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Ordering, booking in, and managing stock levels efficiently
* Identifying correct vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
* Supporting technicians and service advisors with parts requirements
* Maintaining accurate records and invoicing
* Assisting with stock checks and department organisation
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Good organisational and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence preferred
