On behalf of one of our key partners, RED has now a new opportunity for a Sample Manager LIMs Engineer to work on a ongoing support, configuration project, to start on 1st of August 2026 on a B2B 4months + contract, Remote, English speaker.

• 5 years experience with Sample Manager
• LIMs Engineer experience
• Support roles experience
• Start 1st of August
• Remote with 1 week travel every month to client base
• 4 months B2B Contract with possibility of extension
• English Speaker

General position overview:

Provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement for Thermo Scientific Sample Manager LIMS, ensuring uninterrupted lab operations post-vendor transition.

Candidate's responsibilities:

- Serve as primary SME for Thermo Scientific Sample Manager LIMS

- Liaise with client's lab users and IT

- Manage system configurations, user access, and compliance

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents

- Document processes and changes per client's standards
