Global Project Manager - Finance & E-Invoicing Transformation
Location: Hybrid/Flexible (International Travel as Required)

The OpportunityWe're supporting a leading global consumer organisation undergoing a significant Finance and Digital Transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Global Tax Solutions team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a portfolio of global e-invoicing transformation projects, partnering with Finance, Digital, and external service providers to deliver strategic initiatives across multiple international markets.
Rather than leading the technical delivery, you'll own the business and finance workstream, ensuring effective coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful project execution from vendor selection through to hypercare.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the Finance and Tax Solutions workstream across multiple global e-invoicing projects
- Partner closely with Digital Project Managers to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Coordinate business stakeholders, external service providers, and cross-functional teams
- Manage service provider selection, evaluation, and onboarding activities
- Define project plans, timelines, governance, and progress reporting
- Support business scoping, requirements gathering, and project planning
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities
- Support hypercare and transition into Business-as-Usual operations
- Report project status, risks, and milestones to senior Finance leadership
Required Experience
- Proven Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT or Finance transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, and third-party suppliers
- Experience coordinating multiple international workstreams simultaneously
- Strong planning, governance, risk, and delivery management capability
- Experience supporting vendor selection and implementation projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced global environment
- Fluent English
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering Finance Systems or Digital Finance projects
- Exposure to e-invoicing or e-reporting initiatives
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance or Tax processes
- Experience working within multinational organisations
