We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced SAP Service Max/OTC/Plant Maintenance system analyst

Responsibilities

. Effective and efficient delivery of functional SAP Project Execution activity in a project assignment to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
. Delivery and support of the impacted project in scope, throughout the whole project life cycle (design, IT testing, UAT and implementation phase), cutover execution and hypercare support
. Effectively manage the relationship with internal business partners and employees on the project
. Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA's
. Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model.
. Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements and properly deliver the project based on the functional specifications
. Collaborate with the ETO application team and follolw their guidance on delivering the project
. Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
. Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for project delivery issues

. Excellent customer service skills required
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical staff and management
. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
. Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
