Mazco Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision manufacturing company in Romford for a Clips & Leads Assembly Operator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer producing high-quality components for safety-critical industries. The successful candidate will have previous assembly experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to high quality standards.
The Role
* Assemble clips, leads and small precision components in line with engineering specifications.
* Carry out bench assembly using hand tools and assembly equipment.
* Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.
* Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
* Identify and report any defects or production issues.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
* Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience within an assembly or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Ability to work with small, intricate components.
* Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
* Ability to follow written work instructions and engineering drawings.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
