Lotus Recruitment is seeking passionate, skilled Teaching Assistants with a mixture of experience to work within the trust this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across primary and secondary pathways within a nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to thrive.

As a TA, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils with a range of needs access learning, build confidence and develop. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver structured, engaging and meaningful support throughout the school day.
