Helpdesk Administrator
Location: West Malling, Kent
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing Facilities Management business based in West Malling.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance requests, supporting engineers, and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the CAFM system
* Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors
* Monitor work orders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to provide updates on outstanding works
* Raise purchase orders and process relevant documentation
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Support the wider operations team with administrative duties
* Produce reports and assist with general office administration
About You
* Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities, Customer Service, or Administration role
* Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
