Freelance Project Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to take control of a new project in Hull. The project is converting an exsisting empty retail unit into a new retail unit including all fit out works.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a proven track record delivering projects within live settings.
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of working in live/operational settings
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage programmes, timelines, and site teams effectivelyCertifications Required:
Black Card (CSCS) - Essential
First Aid (provided as standard)
CSCS (provided as standard)
SMSTSResponsibilities:
Oversee project delivery from inception through to completion
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Maintain project programmes and reportingApplications
