The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing & developing existing customer accounts
Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat business & upsell seasonal products
Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
Handling enquiries, resolving issues & turning challenges into opportunities
Liaising with warehouse & transport teams to keep customers updated
Speaking with suppliers regarding deliveries & order changes
Working towards team sales targets with support from the Head of Sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records & sales activity
What we're looking for
To be successful as an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or a customer-facing sales role
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
A proactive, target-driven approach
Strong organisation & attention to detail
Confidence using CRM systems & Microsoft Office
A background in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG would be advantageous
