Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing 📍 Braunton, Devon

Are you a Process Engineer looking to make a real impact within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment?

We're working with a global healthcare manufacturer that's investing heavily in continuous improvement and is looking for a talented Process Engineer to join its engineering team.

You'll play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting production, optimising manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence within a highly regulated GMP environment.

We're keen to speak with engineers who have:

Degree in an Engineering discipline
3+ years' Process Engineering experience within manufacturing
Experience delivering process optimisation projects
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
Strong technical report writing and problem-solving skills
Experience within pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business offering long-term career development whilst working on meaningful engineering projects that genuinely improve manufacturing performance.
