Full-Time | Secondary School | Enfield
Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming secondary school in Enfield for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with complex medical and physical needs.
This full-time role offers the chance to have a lasting impact on a young person's education while working within a supportive SEN team.
The Role
You will provide full wraparound support including:
Morning and afternoon transition support
Personal care and toileting assistance
Feeding support during breaks
Ensuring strict allergy protocols are followed
Supporting learning inside and outside the classroom
Building confidence and independence
Working collaboratively with school staff and external professionalsHours are 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You Will Need
Previous SEN, care or support experience
Confidence providing personal care
A patient, empathetic approach
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and professionalism
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
