SEN Teaching Assistant
Do you have experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day makes a difference?
Tradewind Recruitment are working with secondary schools across Enfield seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their support teams.
Your Responsibilities
Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and speech and language difficulties.
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
Promote independence and confidence.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
Monitor and record student progress.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
