Support Worker
SUPPORTED LIVING SUPPORT WORKERS
My-Way Support CiC are seeking compassionate and dedicated Supported Living Support Workers, with a minimum of a years experience, to join our existing teams to support adults with complex needs, to include Autism and mental health challenges.
This role involves providing essential assistance and guidance to adults, to help them achieve their personal development goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about person centred care and have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment.
This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support.
We have various full time and part time opportunities in Winkleigh, Inwardleigh and Thorndon Cross. The working pattern covers Monday to Friday, alternate weekends, waking nights and sleep-ins.
Rates of Pay
• Waking Nights (10pm to 8am) £15.53 per hour
• Early & Late Shifts (8am to 3pm / 3pm to 10pm) £13.92 per hour
• Sleep-ins (10pm to 8am) £54.00 per shift
A full driving licence and own transport is required; business insurance is preferred but not essential.
This role is suitable for individuals committed to supporting others' growth whilst developing their own skills within a rewarding setting.
