Paint SprayerMarlow £40,000 benefits Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for your next opportunity with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking a skilled individual to join a busy production team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes on a range of products and components.

The role:As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for:
Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
Applying paint coatings to a high standard using spray equipment
Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Carrying out touch-ups and rework where necessary
Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working to production schedules and customer deadlinesAbout you:To be successful in this Paint Sprayer role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Painter or Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Knowledge of paint preparation techniques and finishing processes
Experience using spray guns and associated equipment
Ability to work from technical instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness
A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethicBenefits:
