Working alongside an experienced Bodyshop team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicles while using the latest water-based paint systems and manufacturer-approved repair methods.

The Role
As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work, ensuring every vehicle is completed to manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mixing paint to achieve accurate colour matches
Applying paint using modern water-based paint systems
Carrying out full vehicle resprays and paint repairs
Inspecting completed work to ensure a flawless finish
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targets
Following all health and safety procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Paint Refinisher, or Bodyshop Paint Sprayer
Extensive experience using water-based paint systems
A City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of modern paint application and vehicle repair techniques
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
A stable employment history within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
