The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health social work, including:

Completing holistic assessments and person-centred care planning.

Undertaking risk assessments and safeguarding responsibilities.

Supporting service users using a recovery-focused approach.

Working within the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Mental Health Act framework.
*
Collaborating with health professionals and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.

Supporting carers, arranging appropriate services, and promoting independence.
What We're Looking For
*
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
*
AMHP qualification and relevant experience.
*
Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, CPA, safeguarding, and community mental health practice.
*
Excellent assessment, communication, and multi-agency working skills.
