Start Date: Mid to End of August
Contract: Freelance | Outside IR35
Rate: £275 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a large-scale programme of fabric condition surveys across a portfolio of government properties in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a long-term contract with a competitive day rate and an August start.
The Role
Carry out fabric condition surveys on a range of government-owned buildings.
Assess the condition of external and internal building elements.
Record defects, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle information.
Produce accurate survey data in line with project requirements.
Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.Requirements
Previous experience undertaking building fabric condition surveys.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of building construction and common defects.
Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).What's on Offer
