A leading Financial Services firm in Dublin is seeking a self-motivated and proactive person to join them as an Administrative Assistant for a period of 6 months to support their Office Manager and the wider team.

Description
Key responsibilities as follows:
· Provide administrative support across the Dublin office
· Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements
· Process invoices and expenses using Concur
· Monitor and replenish kitchen and stationery supplies
· Support the visitor experience - notifying security, greeting guests, and ensuring a professional welcome
· Assist with desk allocation and access card coordination for visiting employees and new starters
· Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and office events (e.g. social events, Lunch & Learn sessions, seasonal celebrations)
· Support tracking of the annual engagement calendar and budget spend
· Assist the EA & Office Manager with monthly health and safety compliance checklists
Profile
We are looking for someone with
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A professional and proactive approach to work.
Extra points for: An interest & capability in AI applications & experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry is advantageous.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from €30,000 to €35,000 (paid as a day rate in alignment with the temporary nature of this role)
