Duties
* Lead restructuring, insolvency and advisory engagements, delivering excellent client service.
* Drive business growth through new opportunities and client relationships.
* Build networks to generate business and strengthen market presence.
* Provide commercially focused advice to clients and stakeholders.
* Represent the firm at industry and networking events.
* Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
* Support the firm's strategy and performance with senior leadership.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and internal requirements.
* Manage profitability, work in progress, recoveries and debt.
* Foster collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
* At least 5 years operating at Partner or Director level within restructuring, insolvency or business advisory.
* Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with a recognised accountancy or insolvency qualification.
* Proven track record of winning new business, developing client relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Salary + Other information
