Quality Engineer

The Opportunity We are seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to oversee and elevate the production standards of our high-performance craft. In this role, you will implement quality assurance frameworks across both standard assembly and bespoke, semi-custom builds. You will work directly with production and engineering teams to ensure every vessel meets strict premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and audit quality management processes across the production facility.

*

Conduct detailed inspections of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and finished vessels.

*

Lead root-cause analysis investigations for any build non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

*

Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate supplier quality performance.

*

Maintain accurate quality documentation, technical reports, and compliance records.

What We Are Looking For

*

Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a high-end engineering, automotive, or marine environment.

*

Methodology: Strong knowledge of root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement frameworks.

*

Standards: Experience working with rigorous regulatory bodies or premium manufacturing certifications.

*

Attributes: Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

*

Education: Degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline preferred
