If you're an experienced Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assessing property claims (medium to large loss and complex cases)
* Producing detailed reports and scopes of work
* Overseeing contractor instruction and project progression
* Auditing works, managing variations, and ensuring smooth delivery
Training & Development:
Full training will be provided in validation and mitigation (if required), supporting your continued professional growth.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience in property claims surveying is essential
* Experience in higher value/complex claims is desirable
* BDMA certification is highly desirable (support can be provided to obtain this if needed)
* Ideally, you will have validated claims, assessed both restoration and reinstatement work requirements and you will need to be able to put together comprehensive report/scopes of work
* Full UK driving licence/own vehicle (car allowance/milage provided)
