Disability Support Assistant – Start Date: Monday 3rd August 2026 until 4th December 2026

Full-time, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

On-site 5 days per week at Milton Keynes Campus MK7 6AA

Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Role Overview
This position sits within the students with disabilities team and involves processing a high volume of administrative requests. The work is largely computer-based with no telephone duties and requires candidates who are comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

The role involves handling complex administrative forms and accurately updating information across internal systems. Whilst the tasks are repetitive in nature, they require excellent attention to detail, focus and accuracy.

The team receives hundreds of requests each day, so candidates must be comfortable working to targets, managing workloads independently and maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Strong administrative experience.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to follow processes and instructions closely.
Experience working with high-volume workloads.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Confidence using computer systems and handling data entry tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
Processing Award Letters and entering information accurately onto internal systems.
Reviewing Course Details received from external organisations, carrying out required checks and updating records accordingly.
Supporting the administration of Needs Assessments, ensuring information relating to reasonable adjustments is accurately recorded and maintained.
Other ad hoc administrative tasks.
