Working Foreman

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Working Foreman to begin work for a well-established company based in the Chorley area.

About the role:

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 6:00am start (8 hours per day)
Pay Rate – £200–£220 per day
Brief Role Description – Working as a hands-on Foreman carrying out mastic sealant installation, concrete repairs, waterproofing and remedial works while supervising site teams on commercial and industrial projects nationwide. This role combines site supervision with practical trade work and requires regular travel across the UK.

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* You must be a time served/qualified Working Foreman

* SMSTS or SSSTS essential

* CSCS card essential

* Full UK driving licence essential

* Previous experience in concrete repairs and mastic sealant installation essential

* Confident leading teams while remaining hands-on

* Willing to travel and work away from home when required

Main Duties:

* Carrying out mastic sealant installation, concrete repairs, crack repairs and waterproofing works

* Supervising site operatives and allocating daily workloads

* Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification

* Liaising with site managers and clients

* Organising materials, plant and daily site activities

* Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with RAMS

* Completing quality inspections and site paperwork

* Operating hand and power tools as part of a hands-on role
