Job Description – Working Foreman
Location: Blackpool, Lancashire
Reporting To: Site Manager / Project Manager
An experienced Working Foreman is required to support the delivery of infrastructure works in Blackpool. The role involves supervising site operatives and subcontractors while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate labour, plant, and materials, maintain health and safety standards, monitor progress, and liaise with the Site Manager and project team to ensure the programme is achieved. They will also be responsible for maintaining site records and promoting high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
Applicants should have previous experience within civil engineering and infrastructure projects, a valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS qualification, First Aid at Work certification, and a full UK driving licence. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential
