THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest manufacturer standards while ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.
Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
·Completing detailed vehicle inspections and identifying repair requirements
·Providing technical advice and support where required
·Working closely with the Service and Workshop teams to maintain productivity
·Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the workshop
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards
·Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity targets
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
