Identify, observe, and report defects or early signs of vehicle/component failure
Complete and sign off all service records, defect reports, and manufacturer paperwork accurately
Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, including MOT assessments
Liaise with customers regarding vehicle condition and repair results
Ensure vehicles are safeguarded during repairs to prevent damage and maintain cleanliness post-service
Attend manufacturer training courses as required
Assist in mentoring apprentices when needed
Obtain prior approval before fitting unapproved parts and ensure warranty or customer inspection requirements are metRequirements:

Minimum Level 2 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealer environment is preferable
A valid UK driving license is essential
Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills
