We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the reliability and performance of a modern manufacturing plant. Working as part of a team of experienced engineers and technicians, you'll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving equipment performance and supporting continuous improvement projects across the site.
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on production equipment.
Maintain and repair ancillary equipment, chillers, compressors, dryers, robotic systems.
Complete planned preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability.
Respond effectively to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
Contribute to a proactive engineering culture focused on safety, quality and operational excellence.
Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications and reliability projects.
What We're Looking For
Electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer or Technician.
Strong electrical bias with mechanical fault-finding capability.
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Positive, proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Highly Advantageous
Experience working with automated manufacturing machinery.
PLC fault-finding experience.
Knowledge of robotics, conveyors or automated production systems.
