In this varied role, you will provide class cover when required, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to ensure every pupil receives the support and challenge they need. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality classroom cover across Reception to Year 6 using established lesson plans.
Deliver one-to-one and small-group support to raise attainment and confidence.

Adapt activities to meet the needs of pupils with differing abilities and backgrounds.
Promote positive behaviour and a nurturing atmosphere for learning.
Track pupil progress and share feedback with teaching staff.
Take an active role in the wider life of the school.We are looking for someone who:
Holds HLTA status or has significant experience in a comparable role.
Has experience leading learning within a primary school setting.
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
Builds strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
Is adaptable, proactive and eager to work across different year groups.
