Project Manager

Location: London Bridge (Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £60,000-£75,000 + bonus + share of business after successful probation period

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing multiple projects from inception through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a client-facing role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key part in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple workplace projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing strong leadership and ensuring effective communication throughout each project lifecycle.

The role will involve a combination of office-based planning, client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact throughout projects.
Attend client meetings, site meetings, and project reviews.
Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and quality standards.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with health & safety requirements and company procedures.
Prepare project reports, updates, and financial reviews.
Work closely with design, commercial, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Support continuous improvement and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering commercial projects and will come from a background such as:

Retail fit-out
Office fit-out
Commercial refurbishment
Workplace environments
Facilities management / maintenance projectsYou will be an organised and confident Project Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage demanding client relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing multiple projects within a commercial environment.
Strong programming and project planning skills.
Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and project risks.
Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or workplace projects.
